EXPERIENCE
Senior Facility Engineer
- Provide day to day technical support for operations
- Manage capital and expense projects from design, tender contracts, to completion
- Manage safety, technical, and skill development
- Develop detailed design plans including isometric drawings, P&IDs, pressure piping, equipment specifications, process design, health and safety plans, and project execution plans
- Optimize and troubleshoot sour gas plant operations including mass and heat balance investigations and solutions
- Provide leadership in safety
- Mentor and train engineers in training
- Evaluate pressure equipment fit for service (API 579)
- Failure analysis (tanks, piping, vessels, shafts)
- Engineering manager for all turnaround projects
- Implement solutions for environmental code changes
- Responsible for project design and construction management of engineering projects
Dive Instructor/Skipper
- Supervised dive operations and trained divers in emergency procedures (duty of the skipper)

- Planned and supervised annual shutdown and startup maintenance projects
- Conducted research and development including application of new products
- Conducted product trials on site with customers (polymer modified asphalts and drilling oils)
