Mr. Hall has over 30 years of experience in managing and performing risk, reliability and availability analysis with a background well suited for addressing risk, operating reliability, and life cycle cost issues. In addition to performing risk, reliability, availability, and life cycle cost analyses of refinery, chemical, electric power, and marine systems, he has also managed the development and maintenance of risk and reliability software applications.
