Experienced in laboratory and field metallographic techniques, including preparation and evaluation of metallurgical replicas for assessing creep damage of high energy steam lines and boiler pressure parts. Extensive experience using replication techniques for in situ metallurgical inspection and evaluation. Working knowledge of metallographic equipment for the preparation and examination of metallurgical samples; metallurgical work in remaining life evaluation projects for steam piping, headers, valves, turbine casings and rotors, and boiler tubes.
