Mr. Wilson has extensive experience in fossil power plant operation, maintenance, construction, startup, procedures, project management, performance analysis, and system operation and maintenance problem solving. His background involves working in coal, oil, gas, and combined cycle plants.
The additional experience Mr. Wilson offers includes preparation of technical scopes of work, technical oversight, and major capital and routine projects (conception to close out). His areas of experience include boiler, turbine (steam and combustion), generator, BOP, and fuel handling.
Mr. Wilson’s recent work includes the initial staffing, training, and post commissioning commercial operation of a 600 mw and a 1200 mw combined cycle plant, and the project management of a major air quality control system upgrade

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Developed maintenance procedures and implemented the CMMS for a 1200 megawatt and 600 megawatt combined cycle plant.
- Prepared the Project Execution Plan for a major Air Quality Control System upgrade for a 570 megawatt coal fired unit.
- Provided construction site owner management of a 5.5 mgpd Ultrafilter and RO membrane water treatment plant installation.
- Provided technical oversight, evaluated engineering specifications, supervised projects and implemented solutions to equipment deficiencies for an 1800 megawatt coal-fired, electric generating plant
- Responsible for all plant activities involving contractors at a 600 megawatt coal-fired generating plant with key emphasis on the successful improvement of plant availability.
- Coordinated the construction and startup of two additional fuel supplies for a 500 megawatt natural gas fired plant.
- Wrote and implemented a standard scope of work for routine turbine/generator overhauls.
- Performed equipment performance testing and deficiency analysis, prepared reports, and developed corrective action plans for a fleet of fossil plants.
- Developed a routine performance monitoring program for tracking plant performance trends by plant personnel.
